Our story
HomeWorth exists because sellers overpay for two reasons:
1. They only ever meet one agent. Most people list with the first agent who returns their call, at whatever rate that agent quotes. Commission has never been fixed by law — it is negotiable, and almost nobody negotiates it.
2. A good agent looks identical to a well-marketed one. A bus bench and a billboard tell you nothing about how many homes someone has actually closed on your street this year.
We settle both before you pick up the phone. The rate is agreed with the brokerage in advance, and the agent is vetted before we introduce them — so the only thing left for you to decide is whether you like them.
