1. Who We Are

HomeWorth Advisors is a marketing and homeowner-information service operated by CTMK Global LLC, a limited liability company. We provide free property valuation estimates to homeowners and, where requested, introduce homeowners to licensed real estate professionals.

2. Not a Real Estate Brokerage — Important Disclaimer

We do not:

• List, market, sell, buy, lease, or negotiate the sale of real property
• Represent buyers or sellers in any real estate transaction
• Provide licensed real estate brokerage services of any kind
• Provide appraisals, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice

Any home valuation, estimate, or property figure we provide is an automated or informal estimate for general informational purposes only. It is not an appraisal, a formal opinion of value, a broker price opinion, or a guarantee of any sale price. Property values depend on many factors, and actual market results may differ substantially. You should consult a licensed real estate professional and, where appropriate, a licensed appraiser before making any decision.

Any real estate professional we introduce you to is an independent third party. We do not control, supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for their services, conduct, advice, representations, or the outcome of any transaction. Any agreement you enter into with a real estate professional is solely between you and that professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site or submit information to us. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Call recording. Calls with us may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and verification. You will be notified at the beginning of any recorded call and may decline to continue.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantee that:

• You will receive a valuation within any specific timeframe
• Any estimate provided will reflect actual market value
• You will be matched with a real estate professional
• Any property will sell, or sell at any particular price or within any particular timeframe
• Any real estate professional will accept your property or provide services on any particular terms

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software — is the property of CTMK Global LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written permission.
